Meet The Founder

MVN Sai

Wing Commander MVN Sai (Retd.)

Wing Commander M.V.N. Sai (Retd.) is the founder of Apogee C4i LLP and a decorated former officer of the Indian Air Force with 24 years of service. He played a key role in the development of India’s Integrated Air Command and Control System (IACCS), one of the country’s most advanced air defence networks.

Post-retirement, he has led several strategic initiatives in the defence and aerospace sectors, focusing on indigenous innovation and manufacturing. He also serves as Director at Sigma Advanced Systems and co-founded Indrajaal, India’s first AI-powered drone defence system.

With an Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow, his leadership combines deep operational expertise with a strong vision for self-reliant defence technology.
